My path into body therapy and women's health is deeply rooted in my own experiences as a mother, in the wisdom of the feminine cycle and in the incredible self-healing abilities of the body.
I'm a mother of three daughters, and bringing them into the world has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. As a mother, I've experienced deep healing and strengthened the bond with my own body and intuition. This has given me a burning desire to be a role model for my daughters — to show them how powerful the female body is and how much honour and magic there is in our feminine cycle.
My training as a body therapist comes from the Danish tradition of holistic body therapy, through the school Body All Mind (B:A:M). This two-year training gave me a deep foundation for working with the body as a whole — physically, emotionally and energetically.
My passion for health and wellbeing has led me on a journey of learning and deepening. I've trained as a doula with Free Birth Society, studied the feminine cycle with Blood Mysteries School and with Qiddist Ashé from The Holy Well.
I've also completed several yoga trainings, including pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and fertility yoga, as well as training in traditional Thai massage and Thai reflexology. Yoga, movement and touch are an important part of my work, because I believe the body holds the key to deep transformation.
I see the body as a wonderful part of us that always works for us — not against us. The body speaks to us through our symptoms, and when we listen, we find a gift in its message. That's why I work in a way where I want you to feel inspired and uplifted — not sick or at war with your own body.
I offer body therapy to everyone who wishes to find better balance in body and mind. Additionally, I have a special offering for women who want body treatment related to fertility, pregnancy or the postpartum period.
I look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your path towards more harmony, balance and a stronger connection with your own body.
